• Lead Replacement Tech:  (No Openings Available)

The position is for an experienced lead replacement technician.  Ability to replace air conditioning equipment per manufacturers standards and First Class's guidelines.  Need to have good communication skills with customers and the ability to explain operation of the system and thermostat once equipment is installed.  Apprentice openings also available for replacement department.

• Maintenance Tech./ Apprentice:  (No openings Available)

Our maintenance tech's are company trained.  Therefore, you do not have to have any prior experience.  Maintenance techs are responsible for the tune up and cleaning of our customers air conditioning systems.  Other responsibilities are finding problems and correcting them before they can cause breakdowns.  Maintenance techs are also trained to be able to perform routine on call service calls.  Techs whom are on call are on for one week from Monday thru Sunday.  Additional pay is paid when on call. 

• Home Comfort Consultant:   (No Openings Available)

This position is a sales oriented position.  Ability to help the customer is choosing the correct air conditioning system that fits their needs.  Offering them total home comfort.  Knowledge of duct systems, zoning and air conditioning systems are a plus.  Computer skills is also needed to perform load calcs and proposal formats.  Self motivated and professional.  Ability to generate own leads is a must.

• Service Coordinator - Dispatcher:  (No Openings Available)

This position is to perform dispatching duties.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to; answering phones, filing, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, ordering parts, permitting, warranty invoicing, data entry.  Need great customer relations, some computer knowledge, organizational skills is a must, along with the ability to handle fast paced environment. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 with one hour lunch.
