Free Second Opinions:

As previously mentioned, unfortunately there are some shady companies out there.  In order to be able to give you peace of mind so you are reassured that you are not getting ripped off or just to be sure that another company didn't accidentally miss diagnose a major problem we offer free second opinions.

To have a second opinion, you will need to show the invoice from the other company.  We request this information so we can determine what the original call was for and what steps were taken to determine the problem.  The information is also our way of knowing that another company was there originally.  Unfortunately, some try to take advantage of our good nature with the attempt to receive a free service call.  Upon our full diagnostic, you will receive a written report stating what we found.  Sometimes it is the same outcome of the previous companies, other times it is not.  Usually, when the outcome is different, it is a major difference, saving the homeowner hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
