History

In the early years the company provided service to the new construction market, being Florida State certified in both air conditioning (CACO11453) and plumbing (CFC22605).  In the mid eighties the direction of the company changed, moving away from the new construction market and towards the service sector of the industry.

In 1986, General Electric appointed First Class to be their service provider for the air conditioners and hot water heaters.  In 2000, General Electric appointed First Class to be a Sales Representative, in addition to continuing to provide the same quality service for their contracts.

Over two decades later, First Class's goal is still to provide quality workmanship and offer a place where employees are proud to be working, striving for complete customer satisfaction.

First Class is one of the few local dealers that are qualified to be a Trane Comfort Specialist.  The Trane Comfort Specialist badge indicates a Trane dealer of the highest standing - a dealer that is committed to excellence in every aspect of his business, from installation and service, to customer service.
